Film screening of Gone with the Wind

On September 15th, we will have special guests Paul Dorsey and Tea Dorsey.  Paul and Tea are second cousins.  Their great grandfather was Thomas Dorsey, Solomon Dorsey's blacksmith.  Both are longtime African American residents of Fayette County. They will talk about growing up in the County and how it has changed over their lifetime. The Holliday Dorsey Fife Museum is proud to host our 11th annual Cemetery Spirit Walk. Visitors are guided through the cemetery to meet 12 historic Fayetteville citizens who will tell their story about how they are connected to Fayetteville's history. The walk will last about an hour.
